How It Works
1. ONE-TIME REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A fully refundable $50 deposit will be charged with your first Glass Club order. This deposit covers the cost of 8 glass containers used each week.
DO NOT ADD THIS TO YOUR CART EACH WEEK. Just pay once and it will automatically add you to the club each week.
2. ORDER WEEKLY
In order to participate in the Glass Membership club you do need to order every week. You will still need to complete your order every week. Reach out to Stephanie if you would like to set up a subscription for your meals.
3. EASY RETURNS + SWAPS
For Delivery:
On delivery day, simply leave your emptied and clean, glass containers from last week in your insulated bag on your doorstep. Our driver will collect them and swap for your fresh meals.
For Pickup:
Bring your cleaned, empty containers from last week when you pick up your new order. We’ll exchange them on the spot.
*All containers will be washed + sanitized again in the Hearbeets Kitchen
Refund Policy:
When you decide to end your Glass Club membership, return all glass containers in good condition to receive a full refund of your deposit. If any containers are missing or damaged, a $5 replacement fee per item will be deducted from your deposit.
Glass Dish Membership Disclaimer
*By purchasing the Glass Dish Membership, you agree to the following terms*
1) Weekly Participation:
You commit to placing weekly meal orders as part of this membership program. If you skip a week, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate your container return or swap.
2) Container Care:
Glass containers + lids must be returned clean and in good condition. Unclean or missing containers will incur a $5 fee each.
3) Container Return:
You are responsible for returning all glass containers at the time of each delivery, or ensuring they are available for pick-up.
4) Exclusive Use:
For the safety of all customers, containers or lids MUST NOT be used for personal food storage or with any food NOT prepared by Kitchen Heartbeets. Customers found to be in violation will lose their deposit and membership privileges.
5) Deposit Policy:
Failure to return containers in good condition will result in a replacement fee, deducted from your deposit, as outlined above.
