Kitchen Heartbeets is committed to identifying ingredients that may cause reactions for those with food allergies and intolerance and does our best to minimize risk; however, because foods are prepared in a shared kitchen, there is always some risk of cross contact of all allergens and gluten.
Chef Stephanie Rooker
Stephanie Rooker is a first grade teacher and nutrition junkie turned Chef. She’s a mom to her two beautiful boys and fur baby and loves living this crazy beautiful life right alongside her husband. She is an alumni of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Her passion for food and health has come together in the most beautiful and authentic way.

Earth friendly compostable!
Meals will be packaged in compostable containers. With the exception of the soups, those will be in plastic containers.
No use of inflammatory oils
The commitment to steering clear of inflammatory oils without compromising on flavor is commendable.

High quality ingredients and using Local + Organic Meat and Produce as much as available.
Gluten, dairy, and soy free
Sometimes a salad will have organic cheese that will always be on the side so can omit if desired.
